He is survived by: his wife Patti Dorton Setzer; his children, Jennifer Setzer of Chapel Hill, NC, Robert Setzer, Jr. (Linda) of Clayton, NC and Michael Lanier (Teresa) of Charlotte, NC; his siblings, Jerry Setzer (Carolyn) of Spartanburg, SC and Sherl Coneybear (Jack) of Denver, NC.; and his friends, Terry Chappell, Roger Church and Aleta Daniels-Field.
