Pauline Stroup Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pauline Stroup of Newland, North Carolina, who passed away on September 10, 2023 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Luther Elliott and Mary Allison Elliott; her husband Roy Lee Stroup; her daughter Peggy Sudie Taylor; and her siblings, Ruby Irene Stewart, Thelma Elliott Robbins, Robert Elliott, Grady Elliott, John Elliott, Fred Elliott, Jack Elliott and Joseph Elliott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Barrier of Jonas Ridge, NC and Joy Filice of Morganton, NC. She is also survived by Nine Grandchildren; Sixteen Great-grandchildren; Ten Great Great Grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
