He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lee, Sr. and Janet Metz Biggs; and his brother James H. Scott, Jr.. He is survived by: his pet Paul; his son Paul Lee Biggs, III; his granddaughters, Mary Ann and Mallory Eden Biggs; and his sister Mary Scott of Pennsylvania.
