We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2023, at the age of 92, Paul Amberg Hagen of Newland, North Carolina, born in Dane, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hagen and Sylvia Romoren Hagen; and his sister Nancy Hagen. He is survived by: his brothers, Richard Hagen and Andre Hagen; his children, Julie Vesel (Fred) of Seabrook Island, SC, Lynn McDill (Claude) of Clayton, GA and Lars Hagen (Cathy) of Coral Springs, FL; his grandchildren, Lars Hagen, Jr. (Kelly), Travis Vesel (Jocelyn), Phil Hagen (Stacy) and Lindsay Catka (Michael); his niece Patricia Cone; and his pet Ruby. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Avery County Humane Society, Newland, NC.
