She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Singleton and Drexel Singleton (Deaton); her great grandchild Gracie Brewer; and her brothers, Eddie Singleton and Billy Joe Singleton.

She is survived by: her husband Billy L. Vance; her daughters, Lori Clark (Myron) of Newland and Junie Biggs of Elk Park; her grandchildren, Christy Hicks, Richie Houston, Joshua Brewer and Justin Clark; her great grandchildren, Bradley Reece, Sawyer Houston, Ridge Houston, Tucker Houston, Jorgia Houston, Lydia Brewer, Kailey Brewer, Isabella Brewer, Gunner Buchanan, Hal Hodges and Jackson Borrack; and her siblings, Roger Singleton, Tiny Bartlett, Vivian Woody and Peggy Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
