It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph W. Seegers Sr. of Newland, North Carolina, who passed away on September 1, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Walter Seegers and Frances Henritze Seegers; and his brother William John Seegers. He is survived by: his wife Teri D; his son Joseph W. Seegers Jr. (Rebecca) of Southport, NC; and his grandson William Thatcher Seegers.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made in Joe's memory to the Avery Parks and Recreation, PO Box 883 Newland, NC 28657.
