He is survived by: his family John; his daughters, Sandra Childers (Michael) of Hudson, Susan Cornett (Kyle) of Lenoir, Sarah Puckett of Lenoir and Sheila Hemby (Tom) of Morehead City; his stepson Shayne Haymore (Maria) of Newland; his grandchildren, Ashley, Cody, Tristan, Daniel, Luke, Josiah and Lillie; his great grandchildren, Maya and Skyland; his sisters, Phyllis, Brenda and Cathy; and also Allen.
