He was predeceased by: his father Joel Ray Hodge; his grandfathers, Rev. Mack Hodge (Leona Hodge) and Fred Buchanan (Dorothy); and his uncles, Johnny and Jerry Buchanan.

He is survived by: his mother Carol Isaacs. He is also survived by numerous loving uncles, aunts, and cousins.
