He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mullis and Stella Mullis; and his brother Billy Gene Mullis. He is survived by: his son Shane Mullis of Wagoner; and his siblings, Dale Mullis of West Jefferson, Linda Mullis of West Jefferson and Shirley Tincher of Denton, NC..
