He is survived by: his brother Hal Lowder; his children, Richard Damon (Jana), Hal Justin (Cassi) and Joyce Faith (Steve); his siblings, Hal Edward (Pat) and Joyce Ann; his grandchildren, Jessica, Jacob, Stephanie, Adelyn, Sylas, Emerson Jack, Aliza and Annabelle; and his former wife Deborah.
