He was predeceased by: his parents, John Galloway Bailey and Cassie Mae Mills Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Miriam Taylor Bailey of Virginia; his children, Sarah Bailey Carlson (Steve) of Virginia and Grady Coleman Bailey, Jr. (Lynn); his grandchildren, Geordie Murdoch Donavant, Daigen Philip Donavant, Grady Coleman Bailey III and Cassie Elizabeth Bailey; his siblings, John Louis Bailey (Murldene) and Sarah Ann Bailey Smith (John); and his brother-in-law Isaac Willoughby Taylor (late Mildred Taylor). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
