He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emory Jackson Harris, Sr. and Rosemary Saunders Harris; his wife Sandra Reid Harris; his daughters, Helen Rose Whealton of New Bern, NC and Candice Branson of Brooksville, FL; his stepchildren, Robin Barrett (John) of Newland and James Adkins, Jr. (Jessica) of Piney Flats, TN; and his siblings, Carol Busch (Trent) of Lake Park, GA, Terry Sartor (Bob) of Brooksville, FL and David Harris of Brooksville, FL.. He was also cherished by three grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and three step-great-grandchildren.
