He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert G. Welch and Dorothy Clark Kelly Welch; his siblings, Clark Welch (Lacy), Jay Welch (Dee) and Mary Grace Satur (Ron); his wife Kathleen Patrice Hartnett Welch; and his children, Mark, Kelly (Danny), Joseph, Matthew (Stacy) and Anne Marie. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
