We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2021, Edward Bumgarner (Newland, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bumgarner and Adelade Burleson Bumgarner; his brother Ronnie Justice; and his children, Kenneth Guinn and Lovella Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Osborne Bumgarner; his children, Sarah Effler (Bill) of Spruce Pine, Joyce Griffith (Kevin) of Bakersville, Rena Hensley of Newland, Veronica Jordan of Spruce Pine and Robert Guinn (Tammy) of Newland; and his brothers, Johnny Justice of Avery County and Billy Ray Justice of Avery County. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
