He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clayton (Walt) and Theresa Davis Hicks; and his daughter Lesa (Jean). He is survived by: his close friend Jay Trivett; his sisters, Lesa, Lena, Kathy, Leslie Ann Hoyga and Sandy Barbuto (Jim); his daughters, Kathy Lunsford (Mike) and Lena Winters (Don); his grandchildren, Sarah Esquivel (David), Debora Logel (Chris), Daniel Winters (Sydney), Jessica Pulley (Drew), Michael Lunsford (Alexandra) and Megan Lunsford; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Salomon, Isak, Susana and Jonas Esquivel; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Tessa, Elyse Logel, Logan Winters and Amelia Lunsford.
