He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Hughes Phillips; his sons, David Phillips (Donna), Danny Phillips (Kella), Tim Phillips (Marilynne) and Mark Phillips (Andrea); his grandchildren, Tyne Franklin (Jeremy), Tyler Phillips (Brian), Jena Vance (Garren), Lauren Phillips, Samuel Phillips (Allison) and Seth Phillips (Brittany); his stepgrandchildren, Sarah Stines (Tyler), Alyssa Carter, Madison Carter and Bailey Cole Allen; his great grandchildren, Irelyn, Addison, Ayleigh, Jase, Tatum, Jude, Maddox, Lennox, Tripp, Tenley, Tate, Banks and Teagan; his grandsons, Dane Phillips, Sam Phillips and Ridge Phillips; and his nephew Curtis Thompson. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
