He is survived by: his wife Carlene Guinn; his sister Betty Hollifield of Ohio; his children, Richard Guinn (Sharon) of Morganton, NC, David Guinn (Marina) of Elk Park, NC and Dawn Hicks (Jason) of Elk Park; his grandchildren, Dustin Guinn, Gretchen Webb, Jeremy Guinn, Corey Guinn, Hunter Guinn, Chase Clark, Chad Clark, Nathan Hicks and Taylor Hicks; and his great grandchildren, Tony Turbyfill (Angie), Patty and Barbara.
