He is survived by: his wife Glenda Calhoun Yates; his brothers, Henry Perry and David Earl; his grandchildren, Jessica Herz (Andrew), Aaron Yates and Alex Yates; his sisters-in-law, Virginia Yates, Dorothy Yates and Grace Ollis Calhoun; and his great grandchildren, Addison and Anna Herz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
