She is survived by: her children, Krista Butler (Steven) of New London and Jonathan Taylor of Jacksonville, FL.; her grandchildren, Cade and Ever Butler; her siblings, Randy Evans (Brenda) and Debbie Wampler; and her cousin Pat Lamm.
