With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Caldwell of New London, North Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Simeon Foster and Rosa Lee Clark Caldwell; and her son Richard Caldwell Taylor. She is survived by: her grandsons, Jacob and Gabe. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
