He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard G. Harleson, Sr. and Flora Belle Burleson Harleson; and his siblings, Kenneth Harleson, Leroy Harleson, Marie Daniels and Ruth Harleson.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy K. Harleson of New London, NC; his daughter Amelia H. Morton of New London, NC; his siblings, Terry Harleson (Brenda), Ricardia Wilson (Robert) and Anne Sterietelmeier (Warren); and his pet Henry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
