With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randy Fred Harrell of New London, North Carolina, who passed away on October 4, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lester Harrell and Leatrice Elizabeth "Boots" Miller Harrell; and his stepson Chris Seawell. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Saville Harrell of New London; his sons, Joshua Harrell (Kelley) of Knoxville, TN, Lucas Harrell (Tiffany) of Charleston, SC and Jacob Harrell of Little River, SC; and his stepdaughter Angela Willis (Jerry) of Albemarle. He is also survived by three sisters, one brother, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
