He is survived by: his wife Mitzi Hulin Starnes; his sons, Mark, Ron and Dale Starnes; his stepson Mike Holmes; his daughters, Debbie Plummer and Sandy Starnes; his stepdaughter Brenda Rowe (Kelly); and his brother George Starnes. He is also survived by several grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
