Judy Carter Swaringen Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Carter Swaringen (New London, North Carolina), who passed away on December 27, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Allen Carter and Mattie Opal Kimrey Carter; and her siblings, Charlie Carter Jr., Carrie Faulkner, Wade Carter and James Howard Carter.

She is survived by: her husband J. T. Swaringen; her children, Kathy S. Morrison (George) of Peachland, Gene Swaringen (Nancy) of New London and Tim Swaringen (June) of New London; her brother Clifton Carter (Julia) of New London; her grandchildren, Brooke Morgan, Melody M. Biles, Dusty Swaringen and Emily S. Pickett; and her great grandchildren, Logan and Joshua Biles.
