He was predeceased by: his father Philip H. Warren, Sr.; and his grandparents, Norman E. Warren, Robert L. and Fay M. Stevenson. He is survived by: his mother Jean Stevenson Warren; his wife Nila Warren; his sons, Matthew and Trent Warren; his sister Robin Goss (Chris); his niece Rachel; his nephew Brandon; and his grandmother Nancy H. Wilkerson.
