He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfie Barker and Arlene Barker. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Barker; and his children, Pam Joffe (David Joffe), Arthur and Brian Barker. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
