She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Wilson and Virginia Brown Wilson; her husband Norman B. Carpenter; and her siblings, Delou Wilson, Ray Wilson and Audry Royce.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Carpenter (Deborah) of New Bern and Cheryl Tappa (Pete) of Montello, Wisconsin; her siblings, Wayne Wilson, James Wilson, Gerald Wilson, Timothy Wilson, Teddy Wilson and Pamela Keith; her grandsons, Michael Carpenter (Serena) of Port Angeles, Eric Carpenter (Mahea) of Snohomish, Nicholas Carpenter (Nicola) of McKinney, Shawn Tappa (Nastassia) of Green Bay and Tim Tappa (Maddy) of Racine, Wisconsin; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn Carpenter, Ashton Tappa and Thea Tappa.
