He is survived by: his wife Diana Brinson; his children, Brian Meehan Brinson, Kelly Scott and Becky Harper; his grandchildren, Alyssa Batts, Ryan Batts, Cortney Scott, Devin Scott and David Scott; and his daughter Lisa Batts.
