He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Fordham and Ruby Gottschalk; and his sister Ann Collins. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fordham; and his children, Cynthia Fordham Propes (Roger), Barbara Blackman (Delroy), Beverly McCollum (John), Angela Cortes (Teyo) and Jason Williams (Amy). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
