It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Bell (New Bern, North Carolina), who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bell and Mable Bell; his sister Betty Bell Batchelor; and his stepdaughter Deanne Calisto. He is survived by: his friend Julian; his wife Judith DeMello Bell; his sister Peggy Bell Arthur (Jimmy); his children, Susan Bell Nicholson (Randy) and William E. Bell Jr. (Misty); his stepsons, Joseph Calisto (Dawn) and Thomas Calisto (Amy); his grandchildren, Savannah, Carly Nicholson, Brian Bell (Chloe), Briana Bell and Brooke Bell; his stepgrandchildren, Nicole Haley, Todd Haley, Morgan Calisto, Rachel Calisto, Sami Calisto, Brooke Calisto and Alex Calisto; his great grandchild Bristol Bell; and his stepgreat-grandchild Chandler Haley.
