She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Adams and Eva Gibbs Adams; her son Anthony Huggins; her uncle Edward Gibbs; her aunt Caretta Gibbs; and her cousin Dorothy George.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Huggins, Christopher Huggins and Kimberly Hoyt; her half-sisters, Glenda Mills, Deloise Ware and Vanita Adams; her niece Robin Jones Moges-Haile; her cousins, Brenda Baker, Laverne Naesea, Rorye Jordan, Austin Baker and Monica Naesea; her nephew Kendall Byrd; her extended family, Leslie, Jane, Theodore Lowe, Sheneatria, Cierra, Quiontae McDowell, Jeremiah and Linda Dean; her caregivers, Tonya Spears, Pamela Johnson-Foster and Nicole McCoy; and her friend Wachovia. She is also survived by co-workers and friends.
