He was predeceased by: his grandmother Irene J. Skipper; and his uncle Carlton R. Skipper, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Sara Skipper Ring; his father-in-law Robert; his father Brett Loveland; his grandparents, Mitzi Loveland and Carlton R. Skipper, Sr.; his godson Daniel Fisher; and his sister Hailey. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

As Vincent was an avid animal lover, in lieu of flowers please consider making a donation in honor of him to your favorite local Animal Shelter.
