She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde P. Lowe. She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Lowe (Pam) of New Bern and Stephen Lowe of New Bern; and her grandchildren, Brooks, Johnathan, Christina, Stephanie and Caitlyn. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
