She was predeceased by: her brother Tommy Britt. She is survived by: her husband David; her son Nathan (Phallon); her stepdaughter Rebecca Emory (Andrew); her sisters, Maryann Sluss and Debbie Tipton; and her grandchildren, Addalynn, Kate-Anne Dayvault, Jackson, Houston and Macon Emory.
In lieu of flowers, the Dayvault family has requested donations be made to Spring Garden Baptist Church, 650 Spring Garden Rd., New Bern, NC 28562.
