She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Massengill and Margaret Austin Massengill. She is survived by: her husband Frank Witham; her daughter Krista Mitchell (William) of New Bern; her grandchildren, Bethany, Eliyah, Rachel, Cora and Liam; her brothers, David Massengill (Brenda) of Blount's Creek, NC and Earl Massengill of Morehead City; and her close friends, Terry Tyndall and Angela Tate.
