She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Straker, Sr.; and her brothers, Sherwood Norris, Billy Norris, George Norris, Bobby Norris and Harvey Norris.

She is survived by: her children, Patti Straker, Harry Straker, Jr. and George Straker; her grandchildren, Lauren Manley (Spencer), Corey Straker and Ben Straker (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Penn Manley; and her siblings, Sarah Cahoon (Tommy), Mary Toler, Edward Lee Norris (Betty Jean) and Donald Norris (Ella).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of your choice.
