He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Townsend; his children, Shaun Nurse of Arlington, TX, Devante Nurse of Arlington, TX and Michelle Nurse of Nashville, TN; his stepchildren, Michael HaganTavaron Marshall, Alamogordo, William Marshall, Tara Marshall of Beaverton, OR and Edwina Aguayo of Los Angeles, CA; and his siblings, Peter Nurse of Antigua, Carol Woods of Ooltewah, TN and Mary Claire Hurst of Antigua. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
