We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Sandra (Strickland) Tant in New Bern, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. and Virginia; and her grandson Tom Ruiz. She is survived by: her husband Harold Tant of New Bern; her children, Tommy Tant (Shannon) of Raleigh, Susan Tant Ruiz of Raleigh and Lainey Tant of New York; her grandchildren, Hallie of Raleigh, Clark of Raleigh, Kelli Tant of Raleigh, Coco of Raleigh and Henri Ruiz of Raleigh; her great grandchild Daizy Dowden of Raleigh; and her sister Cindy Liles of Willow Spring.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Two Rivers Church in New Bern. Donations in memory of Sandra Tant will be directed to the church's support of those in need and its mission to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.
