She is survived by: her son Dr. John Matthew Smith (Beth); her grandchildren, Michael and Mattie; her son Michael Carlton Smith; her grandchildren, Morgan, Parker and Ashton; and her siblings, George Zaytoun (Donna), Kelly Zaytoun (Brenda) and Sophie Carmichael (Fred). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's School or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
