He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert A. Bell and Lillie K. Bell. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Bell; his son Josh Bell (Katie); his grandsons, Wyatt Eugene Bell and Cason Adam Bell; and his siblings, Robert A. Bell (Joan) and Glenda Belcher.
