It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Henry Bacon of New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on March 21, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Ann; his parents, Guy Bacon and Mary Bacon; and his sister Gloria Phelps. He is survived by: his daughters, Virginia A. Bacon (James Elston) of Cromwell, CT and Janet E. Paulin (Albert Goslant) of Windham, ME; his grandchildren, Christen Paulin and Nicholas Paulin; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Anne and Izabelle Violet; and his close friend Patricia Farrell.
