He is survived by: his significant other Alice Smith; his children, Robert Gaylor, Jr., Darius Gaylor, Isabella Gaylor of New Bern and Tonia Gaylor of New Bern; and his siblings, Roger Foy, Edward Foy, Willie Foy, Joe Foy and Carol Jean Foy. He is also survived by grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
