He is survived by: his son Timothy Edward Garrett (Jordan); his granddaughters, Lily Grace and Mary Ella Garrett; his son Charles Anthony "Tony" Garrett (Ashley); his grandchildren, Caitlyn Faye of New Bern, NC, Anna Elizabeth of New Bern, NC and Owen Anthony Garrett of New Bern, NC; his sister Linda Elease Garrett Reeves (Verlon G.); and also Charles Wayne Garrett (Violet) of Nashville, TN.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
