He is survived by: his wife Patricia White Leary; his children, Anthony Leary of Charlotte, NC, Timothy Leary, Richard L. Leary, Jr., Dollie Leary and Ethel L. Wolford; and his brother Solomon. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
