Resa Leona Skinner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2022, at the age of 89, Resa Leona Skinner of New Bern, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Resa Leona Skinner to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Rowe and Mary E. Toler Rowe; her husband Henry Earl Skinner; her siblings, Mary Martha Norman (Clyde), Julia Myrtle Arthur (Albert), Lovie Edna Toler (Oscar), John Timothy Rowe (Inez), James Gilbert Rowe (Retha), Ben Frank Rowe (Toddler) and John Arthur Rowe (Infant); her son-in-law John H Crary; and her stepgrandson Joshua Moore.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Crary (Ralph Puckett) of New Bern, Carol Beachler (Greg) and Edward (Eddie); her grandchildren, Timothy Crary (Shannon), Rebecca Kivett (Greg), Michael Skinner (Elise) and Chrystal Hinkle (Ryan); her stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Crary and Benjie Crary (Johanna); her great grandchildren, Lilly Ann, Hayes Crary, Myles Hinkle, Emily, Noah Kivett and Jake Skinner; her stepgrandchildren, Lauren Banks (Stephen), Tamara Crary (Xavier) and Cameron Crary (Haileigh); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Katherine Crary, Josephene, Berkley, Truett Banks, Xavier, Braxten, Kendrick Crary and Lincoln Crary. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Resa's honor to Faith Free Will Baptist Church.
