He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Dixon Fulmore of New Bern, NC; his son Joseph Antoine Kinsey of Greenville, NC; and his siblings, Rascoe Fulmore and Sonya Fulmore of New Bern, NC. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
