With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph Roeland Jr. of New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on May 25, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sr. and Florence Roeland; his former wife Alice Roeland; and his children, Romanna and Katrena.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Roeland; and his children, Ralph-Edward, Roy Allen, Peter, Rica, Dama, June, Charlotte and Brenda. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.

It is Ralph's wish that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local volunteer fire department.
