She was predeceased by: her husband Elijah Sam Lilly; her son Bobby Dean Lilly of Raleigh; her parents, Mary Hill Barrow of Craven County and Jesse Lee Wilson of Craven County; her siblings, Woodrow Wilson and Bessie Wilson Billmyer of New Bern; and her half-siblings, Jesse Ray Wilson of Vanceboro and Ann Buck of Washington, NC..

She is survived by: her sons, Harold G. Lilly (Micki) of Asheboro, Ralph L. Lilly and Jerry A. Lilly of Bayboro; and her daughter-in-law Laura Lilly of New Bern. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
