He is survived by: his father Kenneth S. Baxter of Cragsmoor, NY; and his siblings, Ronald Baxter (Annette Hess Baxter) of Puyallup, WA, Kenneth M. Baxter (Carina Mueller) of Cragsmoor, NY, Thomas Baxter of New Paltz, NY, Brenda Nickerson of New Bern, NC and Ann Raimondo (Domnick) of Cragsmoor, NY. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations in Peter's name may be made to the Colonial Capital Humane Society in New Bern, NC or to Pet's Alive in Middletown, NY.
