It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Phillips (New Bern, North Carolina), born in Rome, New York, who passed away on May 2, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kozlowski and Laura Kozlowski; her husband Harry Phillips; her granddaughter Alexis Ayoub; and her brother Richard Kozlowski.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Phillips (Lisa) of Mt. Airy and Kathy Ayoub (Ishaq) of Midlothian, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Phillips (Samantha), Hanah Ayoub and Jakob Ayoub; and her siblings, Alvina Diello, Thomas Kozlowski (Teri) and Edward Kozlowski (Geri). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donation to (DAV) Disabled American Veterans can be made in Patricia's honor.
